Crystal was a former Australian Institute of Sport elite gymnast and national team member. She holds a (FIG Level 3) High Performance coaching qualification and a Bachelor of Sport Science (Human Movement) and Health Science with (honours) double degree.

With over 16 years of coaching experience, Crystal specialises in teaching high quality basics, physical preparation and technique when developing WAG athletes.

She is best known for her athlete centred approaches, growth mindset training and master coaching across the country. Together with her team at MGC, she has produced multiple State Champions, State Team representatives, National, and National Club medallists currently in the Level 7-9 space. Crystal's greatest passion is to enrich, empower and educate people to operate with a spirit of joy and excellence.
