To host your own workshop and to ensure coaches receive updating points, please complete the Club Workshop Sanction Form below.

Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a Gymnastics Victoria Club Workshop sign-in sheet for the workshop. Please ensure coaches provide their Technical Member ID on the sign in sheet to ensure they receive their updating points. Technical members who do not provide their Tech ID number will not receive updating points.

Sanctioned Club Workshops will receive 1 updating point per 2 hours as per Gymnastics Australia's Updating Policy.

 

You can choose if you wish Gymnastics Victoria to advertise your workshop on the StudyGym website. Sanction requests will only be approved if they are received 28 days before the workshop date.

Please allow 28 days for the updating points to be awarded. This is a manual process and during peak event season and workshop times the volume of updating points is large and will take a considerable amount of time for the team to action. .
