Thank you for offering your club to host a Judging course during 2020.

Processing of bookings will commence upon receipt of your request and subject to presenter availability.

From the form below please select up to 5 dates that your club would like to run a Judging course, please note the times for each course will vary depending on the accreditation level and GymSport.

• Bookings will be finalised as quickly as possible starting with requests received for the first half of the year. Clubs will be notified by email once the course date has been finalised.

• Please ensure you specify which GYMSPORT, level of accreditation, club name and contact details and that you have read and understood the pre-course material.  Pre-course material can be found by following the link below.

 

Judging Course Pre-Course Materials

 

 

When hosting a judging course, you will need to ensure the gymnastics facility is available for the whole day (times listed below), with presenters arriving up to 30 minutes prior to the course commencing.

Facilities required for judging courses include tables, chairs and if available a projector/screen/TV for presentations.

 

I DAY COURSES

• Beginner Courses running time: 9am - 2pm

• Intermediate Bronze Courses running times can vary: 8:30am – 5:15pm

 

2 DAY COURSES

• Intermediate and Advanced Courses running time can vary: 8:30 am – 5pm

 

Please indicate the number of spaces you wish to guarantee in the course for your club (please consider carefully the number of places guaranteeing as you will be required to pay for this total number).

 

A club member must be available to open and close the venue as per course running times, allowing extra time prior to the course commencing and post course.

 

Clubs selecting any dates below are agreeing to provide the use of their venue free of charge.
